Victoria Gangadeen is a proud delegate for Miss Universe Canada 2025, born in Canada and residing in Durham, Ontario. With a rich cultural heritage rooted in her Guyanese and Panamanian backgrounds, she celebrates the beauty of cultural diversity and advocates for a world that embraces individuals from all walks of life. Victoria holds a Bachelor’s degree in Political Science and has completed her LLB, aspiring to become a lawyer who will fight for justice, equality, and inclusivity. She is passionate about advocating for marginalized communities and has built a strong track record of working alongside political leaders and public officials to promote policy changes and social reforms.
An active member of Amnesty International, Victoria dedicates herself to human rights advocacy, working to amplify the voices of those who are often unheard. She also serves as a council member and student representative at her law school, where she plays an instrumental role in shaping policies that prioritize the well‑being and inclusion of students.
In addition to her legal and advocacy work, Victoria is an entrepreneur and the founder of a health and wellness business. She leads outreach programs aimed at supporting youth, seniors, and other vulnerable communities, offering them the tools they need to live healthier lives.
Victoria is a model, singer, actor, certified yoga instructor, and sound meditation specialist. She uses her platform to amplify voices of empowerment—especially for women and girls—encouraging them to embrace their full potential. She believes that true wellness goes beyond the body: it includes creating space for emotional and mental healing, advocating for animal rights, and ensuring that every person, no matter their age or background, has access to health and happiness.
Victoria’s ultimate vision is to continue her work at the intersection of law, health, and social justice, using her platform to drive meaningful change and foster an inclusive world where everyone’s voice matters. She aims to use her Miss Universe Canada platform to advocate for inclusivity, empowerment, and social justice, while encouraging others to live with purpose, compassion, and integrity.
